Green Gable is the perfect base to explore Skipton and the surrounding countryside.

This spacious three-bedroom house has been lovingly renovated, furnished and decorated to reflect its history as an Edwardian railway worker home.  With two reception rooms and a separate kitchen there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their holiday. 

 The house accommodates 5 people (suitable for adults and children) in three bedrooms.  It is perfect for a family break, or a base to explore Skipton, which is known as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.  

 The house benefits from views to the surrounding hills and boasts a lovely suntrap garden (with its own toilet) where you can relax after a busy day out.

Parking: On Street parking available in front of the house or nearby. The service road on the side allows luggage drop off.

Entrance:     stained glass door leading to the hallway with an original coat rail.

Sitting room: Cosy sitting room with a three-seater sofa and two comfy chairs, a nest of coffee tables, a smart TV and DVD player.  Well stocked with books and DVDs.

Dining room: Situated at the back of the house with access to the garden this spacious.

dining room also includes a TV and an entertainment cupboard which holds books, games and cushions for the outside furniture.

Kitchen:       Large well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials; a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster and the all important kettle. 

Bathroom:    Spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and a bath

Bedroom 1:  Double bedroom with a chest of drawers, blanket chest and side table

Bedroom 2:  Double bedroom with a dressing table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3:  Single Bedroom with a chest of drawers and a dressing table/desk with a stool

Landing:      with a walk-in wardrobe

Shower room: Accessed from the single bedroom, with a shower, toilet and sink.

Garden Green Gable benefits from a small courtyard garden, which captures the sun for most of the day, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day exploring.

Outdoor furniture – Garden seat, and a set of table and chairs to enjoy the sunny evenings. 

Useful shed: For anyone bringing their bicycle there is a useful lockable shed to store bikes in (as long as you take the furniture out)

Garden Toilet: The former outside toilet has been restored (with new facilities) which is a useful downstairs toilet.
